Returns & Exchange 

• We are not responsible for any damage to the product caused by the shipping company or courier handlers. If exchange of goods is needed, please contact us at info@yaufatindustrial.com within 48 hours after receiving the items about the issues. 
• You are responsible for the return shipping fee. Please make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning or obtain proof of posting. The parcel will remain your responsibility until we receive it. 
• Please return the items in their original condition: un-used, in their original packaging, complete with any related accessories and tags. There will be no return if the item has been used and worn.   
• Personalized items are non-returnable/non-refundable. 

• Each item can only be exchanged once.
